ASSIGNMENT CLAUSE

This Policy is updated as per the Assignment Clause of the Terms and Conditions available at: https://proxyshard.com/terms. We update our Policy due to the transfer of the service to WYOCORE TECHNOLOGIES LLC (2025-001689302), a company registered under the laws of Wyoming, United States. In this assignment clause, we explain how this affects the processing of your data by us.

What is the purpose of this Assignment?

SecureLink transfers its business to Wyocore to improve operational quality and conduct internal restructuring of our business. SecureLink will no longer provide services under the Terms and Conditions. To maintain uninterrupted and high-quality services, Wyocore has to take over your personal data from SecureLink limited to the amounts strictly necessary.

What will happen to my data?

Wyocore, as the successor of SecureLink, inherits not only the rights and obligations of SecureLink, but also the commitment to the highest standards of data protection. Wyocore sticks with the requirements of the GDPR and related guidelines and regulations. Moreover, as a U.S.-based company, Wyocore is subject to local regulations protecting your privacy. None of your data subjects’ rights will be infringed or limited during this process or further.

What personal data will be transferred?

All your personal data previously possessed and processed by SecureLink as indicated in the below Privacy Policy.

Who is responsible for handling data breach issues, data complaints and data requests?

After 7th September 2025, none of your personal data will be in possession of SecureLink. Wyocore is responsible for handling all of your data requests (e.g., for information, deletion, etc.) and complaints, should there be any, after 3rd September 2025. At the same time, SecureLink will maintain records of its data processing activities in order to be able to address your or authorities' requests on the basis of SecureLink’s legitimate interests, in the amounts and limited to the scope of such potential requests. All your personal data which is not covered by this legal basis will be deleted. Should you seek the opportunity to lodge complaints before the authorities, you will find the details of the responsible authorities in the updated Privacy Policy below.

What is the purpose of the Privacy Policy update?

The Privacy Policy is updated in order to outline correctly our obligations as Wyocore and your rights as our customer. The Policy update also includes additional obligations which we have to follow as a U.S. registered company. This Assignment Clause will be available for three months after 7th August 2025. Further access to this assignment clause will be provided at request.
